After install and reboot windows build 1803, AI Suite 3 stopped working on my Maximus VII Hero. execution failed, ProgID: «aaHM.acpiHmData2».
Had a similar problem with 1709 installation and had to wait for ASUS update to Suite 3. I guess the waiting game begins again for ASUS to solve the problem.
It just needs to be re-installed.
Yesterday I updated my Windows 10 x64 to 1803 and after that AI Suite III 3.00.13 (DIP5 1.05.14) caused a mistake.
I uninstalled it and installed again. Now it works fine.

Just installed the win 1803 update as well and i can confirm that it isnt working for me either. It doesnt turn up in the traybar and after a while i get a popup that says:
ai suite server execution failed, ProgID: «aaHM.acpiHmData2»
reinstalling it fixed the problem for me.

Just upgraded to 1803 and on Z270-Prime all works like a charm. 
Using the latest BIOS update to Version 1010.
1803 is working flawlessly on my Rampage VI Extreme with all Asus software installed.
Only issue I’m having is the damn Hue sync with Aura lol
I had the same problem as mentioned by others but have finally figured it out. Even after a clean install of the latest AISuite I had two required services not running that causes the server excution error and app close (AiSuite is looking for the hardware hooks that the services provide).
At least on my system, both services were pointed to wrong directories vs where they are actually installed. When Windows 10 (1803) would startup, neither service was able to start. Launching of AI Suite would then provide the Server excution error and close. Since some people don’t have this issue it must just be a lucky combo of previous installs.
To fix this I changed the directory path (called ImagePath) with the Registry Editor and after was able to simply start the serivces and open AiSuite without fault. Did not even need a reboot.
Again, this may be different on your system so you should verify this is even your problem.
First check in Services.
Start>run>services.msc (Or simply type Services in the start menu and it should open)
Sort by Name and look for Asus. If you see three Asus services as «Running» then this isn’t your problem.
For me neither ASUS System Control Service or AsusFanControlService were running/startable. Opening the service (double click it) showed that the Path to executable was pointing to the wrong directory. Attempts to start the service manually would fail proving this was the problem. Close any property windows you opened to be sure your changes in the next step can take without issue.
To fix this you can use regedit.
You need to find the files to be sure you have them installed on your system and discover the correct path. For this step you are on your own because of how inconsistent windows explorer search can be. I use an app called Everything which had no problem locating the files I needed, but you should use whatever you prefer to search your system. The best I can do is tell you their location on my system after installing AISuite 3.00.13/Dips 1.05.14 (what I listed above and again below).
Registry editing can seriously break your system. These instructions are how I fixed things but please be sure you know what you are doing/feel comfortable with regedit. The trick is just to be sure you are in the correct location and only modify the specific values.
Start>run>regedit
You will need to navigate to the HKLM\Services section so you can change the directory pointers.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlS et\Services\ (Win10 lets you copy and paste that path into the navbar of regedit and go straight there, otherwise click your way to the location)
You are looking for the matching Asus Services that wern’t able to start (you checked this first).
On my system the first one is Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlS et\Services\AsSysCtrlService [remove weird space]
Double click ImagePath and change the value to the correct file location.
Mine is Imagepath value data: «C:\ProgramData\ASUS\AI Suite III\DIP5_1.05.14\AppSetup\AsSysCtrlService\AsSysCt rlService.exe» [remove weird space]
The second service is Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlS et\Services\AsusFanControlService [remove weird space]
Imagepath value data: «C:\ProgramData\ASUS\AI Suite III\DIP5_1.05.14\AppSetup\AsusFanCtrlSvc\AsusFanCo ntrolService.exe» [remove weird space]
After that, go back to the Services panel. Open up the previously broken services properties (double click the service name) and you should see the new path to executable that you changed in the regedit. If everything is now correctly poitned you can click start to both services without error.
If both services started without error, you can now open AI Suite 3 and should be presented with working DIPS. For me this means the much loved Fan control is back!
Just wanted to share this to anyone else who has the same problem. I didn’t dig deep into this the last time WU broke AiSuite so this might be the same problem Asus fixed for us last time or just a random issue on my system.

Hello, today is for report my AI Suite 3 package of all and up-to-date applications of this suite.
Since I known the AI Suite, I have many times problems to find modules and work it correctly, some module can cause error if another is present, or ASUS not update a mainboard model with latest app version, etc.
This GitHub is created for download with one pack all the AI Suite and use it without any errors or compatibility issues. No modification of files, is same of the ASUS website, no additions of unofficial application, and without any malware.
If you have a module not listed in this package, please report the link to download for adding it.

К сожалению, нет уверенности, что решение будет для Ai Suite 2-ого поколения, поскольку поддержка этого ПО, равно как и производство/поддержка Вашей и любой другой платы того поколения, давно прекращены.
На данный момент решением может быть откат обновления Windows.

AiSuite3.exe Assertion failed: iter 1= help?
since i updated Windows 10 to 1803. I go this Error Message, when i want to open AiSuite3.exe.
Reinstall, run AI Suite cleaner 3, reinstall windows, doenst help.
AI Suite Version. 3.00.10 of 3.00.13 dont work.
After press ok i got the next error message:
Abnormal program termination

Rampage Vi Extreme
Samsung SSD 960 pro
Anybody knows a fix?

Have you set it to run as administrator?*
I had prob’s with it and gave up, then since the April win 10 update tried again and it would not run, so I set in options/compatibility check box for run as admin and it now works fine now.

Considering this may apply to quite a few users, posting this so those affected won’t waste their time looking for a fix, like I did. For anyone who has an Asus board and also uses AI Suite 3, the infamous KB4056892 windows update most likely will brick the software. Until Asus releases a patched stable version, the latest beta build does work with the windows update, or at least it did on my Z370/Win10 platform.
So if you got ‘server threw an exception error’ at logon or noticed your fans running at 100% without any prompt, the following links may interest you.
Servers are overloaded atm so be patient, I got it to finally download after a few tries.
Same problem here. Got AISuite II on Win10 and it stops working everytime I try to start it. AISuite III doesn’t support my board so I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions other than waiting for AISuite II fix? I just hope it is even coming since it is an older version.
AI Suite 3.00.13 DIP 1.05.13 works on a ROG STRIX Gaming Z270E, although it doesn’t have EZupdate or SYS Info, just DIP5.
Fan control is working fine.
I had tried the Beta but it would BSOD occasionally on startup so I uninstalled it.
I did install EZupdate and Sys info from the MB cd after installing the new 1.05.13 and all is working. although I’m not sure if I even needed EZupdate or Sysinfo.
Ah it’s not just me then. I’m on Windows 10, RIVE Board (X79), AI Suite II installed through windows 7/8 version. Suddenly stopped working a couple of days ago. Re-installing AI Suite II does nothing as opening the program provides the error ‘Program Stopped Working’. AI Suite III can not be installed ‘This model does not support this application’.
Hoping for a fix, anyone find a workaround?

I found this thread a few days ago re; aisuite threw an exception». I thought I would participate in this discussion and throw in my 2 cents and tell you what I found out;
Bottom line, the Beta worked for me, the «AISuite3_3.00.10». Install went smooth, no hiccups, so stalling, nothing. I don’t know if any other betas have surfaced in the past 30 some pages of replies (and I’m not about to pour over ALLLL of the replies either. I just saw the beta I listed above that appeared in the first few original posts, installed it, and it worked for me. I know comp specs are important ESPECIALLY with issues like this, so, here they are;

— At first, I wasn’t able to uninstall ANY apps from the ai suite. but eventually I was able to do it. Once that was done, I restarted and proceeded with the install.
Anyway, like I said. my 2 cents.
I will be playing around with it over the next few days and I’ll post anything I run into or if anything strange happens.
