У меня был счет на протяжении 5 лет в этом банке, через который время от времени я делал мелкие пополнения, покупки и т. д. И в один прекрасный момент после перечисления на него денег он оказался заблокированным. Позвонив на горячую линию банка я получил только ответ-«мы ничего не знаем- делайте запрос через сайт», через сайт сделав запрос я дождался ответа через два дня- идите в офис банка г. Й-Ола, ул. Успенская. Хорошо- пришел, сказали нужны документы подтверждающие перевод чтобы разблокировать. Принес! Обещали ответ в течении 7 дней. Прошло семь рабочих дней, пришел снова и узнал что моим вопросом никто не занимается. Менеджер судорожно перебирала казанские номера нигде не могла дозвониться и что-то узнать, при помощи директора филиала нашли некоего Хайруллина из службы безопасности. Который невнятно пытался сказать что заблокировано по 15ФЗ, при этом все документы он получил и всё чистое до копейки, в диалоге он использовал различные приемы чтобы отойти от темы но так и не объяснил почему заблокировано и разблокировать не хочет, сказал что кто-то решает сверху, потом сказал что решает сам, сказал что нет документов, потом через 5 минут они у него появились. Вобщем редкостный скользкий лгун это Хайрулин. В итоге заблокировали и счет и карту у которой оставалось 2 года использования, тем самым они подставили меня по деньгам 18т. р. просто так, все документы были в порядке и они этого не отрицали. Мошенничество и воровство в чистом виде. буду теперь писать в прокуратуру, центробанк, думаю я не один такой, кого таким образом нагло поимели.

Ak Bars Bank was registered in Kazan in 1993. Since 1994 the lender has been an authorized bank of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and since November 1997 it has been an authorized body in charge of preserving the republics gold reserves that are designed to secure investment in the republican economy. The bank took over Interkamabank, based in Nizhnekamsk, in 2000. In 2002, Ak Bars Bank turned into an open joint stock company, and into a public joint stock company in August 2015. For a long time, the banks participants were large Tatarstan-based industrial producers, and also local off-budget funds, etc. Since November 2004 the bank has been a member of the national deposit insurance system. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n
As of early 2018, the Republic of Tatarstan represented by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the State Housing Fund attached to the President of Tatarstan controlled in the aggregate 88.499% of the banks shares (including via such enterprises as Svyazinvestneftekhim and Tatneft), with the other shares held by Nikolai Karpenko (6.406%), Alexei Plugar (3.598%), Nizhnekamskneftekhim (1.458%) and minority shareholders (0.039%) \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n
The banks board of directors is chaired by Svyazinvestneftekhim CEO Valery Sorokin, while once the banks board members included Robert Minnegaliev who served as the republics first deputy finance minister in 1999\u20142003. \r\n \r\n \r\n
Ak Bars Bank is a management and settlement center of the namesake financial and industrial group that is comprised of 15 various agricultural, manufacturing, construction and trade companies, and also financial entities that include investment, mortgage (Ak Bars Mortgage LLC), leasing, insurance, settlement and other concerns. The group also includes a subsidiary, settlement no-profit organization Narat in Saratov (which operated as Naratbank Commercial Bank until December 2014). \n
The lending institution is headquartered in Kazan. As of March 2018, the lenders network consisted of five branches, 142 additional offices, 22 operating cash desks and 88 operating offices. Most of the banks units operate in the Republic of Tatarstan. The lending institution serves over 3.1 mln households and more than 67,000 corporate customers, which include major republican exporters, O&G and petrochemical concerns, machine engineering, telecom, construction, chemical, transport, retailing and agro-industrial enterprises. In addition, as a settlement bank of the Treasury Department of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ak Bars Bank renders cash settlement services to institutions in charge of the republican budget, local public administration bodies and budget-financed institutions. Also, over 1.2 mln plastic cards issued by the bank are in circulation. At the service of the banks cardholders are around 900 ATMs. As of September 30, 2017 the banks headcount stood at 6,700 (6,600 as of year-end 2016). \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
All in all, the lending institution provides over 100 types of banking services. Businesses are offered loans, bank guarantees, cash settlement services, payroll projects, merchant acquiring solutions, online banking, payroll overdraft products, the funding of investment projects, investment in the construction of commercial real estate, etc. Households are also provided with loans (auto, consumer and mortgage loans), account-free money transfers (via Contact, Western Union, UNIStream and Golden Crown), securities transactions on the stock market, bank cards powered by international payment systems MasterCard WorldWide and Visa International, and MIR cards, safety deposit boxes, payment options, precious metal operations, remote banking services, depositary services, etc. Notably, since April 1, 2014 China UnionPay cards can also be serviced via Ak Bars Banks ATMs. \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
From February 2017 through February 2018 the lending institutions net assets dropped marginally (1.9%) to Rub 463.1 bln. During the year under review, the most remarkable change in the breakdown of the banks liabilities was the banks full repayment of promissory notes (Rub 44.4 bln), although a year ago they accounted for nearly 10% of liabilities. Moreover, customer funds decreased slightly, while the banks equity jumped by 16.6%, including on the back of an additional share issue. \r\n \r\n \r\n
As regards liabilities, the money of corporate customers traditionally dominate, accounting for 45.4% as of the balance sheet date. The banks liabilities are well diversified by duration, with long-term resources prevailing. As of February 1, 2018 nearly one quarter of liabilities fell to retail deposits, over half of which was drawn for one to three years. Drawn inter-bank loans and issued debt instruments, in the aggregate, do not exceed 2% of liabilities, with the rest falling to equity. \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
As of the balance sheet date, the banks capital adequacy ratio (\u2116\u00a01.0) was complied with a comfortable margin (15.8%, or nearly twice as high as the regulatory minimum). Subordinated loans for a total of Rub 15.3 bln as of February 1, 2018 were included in capital. Meanwhile, in 2017 the banks subordinated debt contracted because last year it prematurely bought back some of its subordinated Eurobond. As regards outstanding subordinated Eurobonds, the bank has five loans for a total of Rub 12.1 bln to be repaid from January 2025 through November 2034. The Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) granted these loans as part of the government OFZ-based capital injection program. \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
The lending institutions clientele is quite broad, with high payment flows. Over the past twelve months, monthly turnover of corporate operations have averaged Rub 300\u2014500 bln (with heightened activity as of quarterly reporting dates). The clientele is marked by very high concentration on major customers. As of September 30, 2017 the money of the banks 18 biggest customers accounted for half of all customer obligations (slightly over 40% as of year-end 2016). \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
The credit portfolio dominates in the banks assets (36.6%), with another 33% invested in securities, 12.8% falling to granted inter-bank loans, 3.3% to high-liquidity assets (cash in hand and held on correspondent accounts), 13.1% to other assets (funds on an exchange, investment in rights of claim, and claims under other operations). \r\n \r\n \r\n
Over the past twelve months, the credit portfolio has declined by 11.5% to Rub 169.4 bln following a 17.8% contraction in corporate lending. Nevertheless, corporate loans still prevail in the credit portfolio (70.4%). Overdue debt in the aggregate portfolio dropped slightly to 5.3% by the balance sheet date. As of the balance sheet date, 13.6% of the portfolio was covered by provisions vs. 11.1% a year ago. The credit portfolio is collateralized only partially (68.6% compared to 63.4% a year ago). \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
According to an explanatory note to the financial statement, as of early October 2017 the bank classified nearly half of all corporate loans as those granted to small and mid-sized businesses. As for the sectorial breakdown of the credit portfolio, the banks major corporate borrowers, according to the data as of year-start 2017, were financial services providers, home builders, retailers, agribusinesses, food producers, and services providers. The bank is traditionally marked by high concentration of the major credit risk. As of September 30, 2017 32 major borrowers accounted for 36.2% of the credit portfolio before provisions (38% as of end 2016). \r\n\r\n \r\n
During the past twelve months, the securities portfolio has increased by nearly 10%. As of the balance sheet date, roughly two thirds of the credit portfolio fell to bonds, and one quarter fell to investment in Russian stocks. Slightly more than half of the bond portfolio falls to Russian corporate bonds, and OFZs account for a little higher than 12%. Securities collateralized under repurchase transactions hardly exceeded 6% of the bond portfolio. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n
Ak Bars Bank is both a borrower and a lender in the inter-bank lending market, acting more often as a net borrower. The bank is quite active in the currency conversion market, but foreign currency turnover is volatile and over the past twelve months it has ranged from Rub 30 bln to Rub 500 bln per month. \r\n\r\n \r\n
The lending institution posted net profit of Rub 796.6 mln in 2017, as its RAS financial statement showed, or nearly 25% above FY16 net profit. In January 2018, the bank earned Rub 200 mln in profit. \r\n\r\n \r\n
