Daily workout videos: HIIT, boxing, strength, MMA, HIRT, functional training, Pilates, yoga and more! Log your goal and set intensity from beginner to advanced. Train at home or in the gym, whenever, wherever with 20-40 minute workouts.

А когда Хемсворту приходилось худеть, он обходился 600 калориями в день. Тогда его рацион составляли пара салатиков и небольшое количество рыбы или птицы. Ел он несколько раз в день совсем маленькими порциями.

Успевает Крис и отдыхать. Зимние праздники он вместе с 42-летней женой, испанской актрисой Эльсой Патаки («Форсаж-5»), тремя детьми, братом Лиамом («Голодные игры») и его невестой Майли Сайрус провел в горах Монтаны. А сейчас семейство потянуло в теплые края. Для релакса был выбран столь любимый звездами отель Soneva Kiri на тайском острове Ко-Кут. В гостинице есть собственная обсерватория, а в местный ресторан Treepod Dining посетителей в крону гигантского дерева, где притаились столики, поднимают в плетеной корзине. И, конечно, тропические рыбки. Их пестроту и разнообразие оценили даже избалованные дайвингом в Австралии Крис и Эльса.
