Incomparable In my opinion, this app is amazing and absolutely complete. It is true that there is a relative outlay to be made, but it is certainly worth it. It has a lot of training programs to choose from, highlighting the fact that right now, two of the programs are postpartum. And that’s something that’s not usually easily found. In addition to a complete nutritionally balanced menu, which allows you to eat healthy and have the energy necessary to train. I highly recommend it, it will not disappoint you. ☺️
